Return within 30 days

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to return the products for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and accompanied by their original packaging and all accessories.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return products, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow the following steps:

2. We will provide you with return instructions and return address.
3. Carefully package returned products in secure packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address provided.

Refund or exchange

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your request:

• The refund will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible.
• If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible, subject to availability.
